I really can't see Alex, Tristan, Liz or Iris being the killer.
They just don't have IT.
Thredson as Bloodyface was obvious yet perfect.
Also Tate as the Rubberman was great and fitting as he had a big screw loose.

Maybe they haven't shown them having IT yet to make even the audience shocked?
It's only been one episode so who knows really?

Maybe. If really one of them is the killer, then it seems to me like they just wanted to take the least obvious choice for the sake of it, as of now.
Mr March would be boring but then again they really just needed a reason for John to come to the hotel and I could imagine him searching for the killer could become more and more irrelevant as the story goes and he experiences the evil sides of the hotel (Devils Night, him probably finding Holden, etc) to the point where he doesn't really care that much for the kiler anymore. What about Ramona Royale? Would explain why she hasn't checked in yet. Though being a bisexual (or lesbian) character I doubt she would support the principles of God.

In one of the previews we saw her trying to book a role. Murder wouldn't be nice for her resume, I guess.
Can't imagine her going around punishing people that don't listen to the word of God but what do I know?

What's going to set Hotel apart from previous seasons?
Bassett: I appreciate the humor of Coven. This one will be less narrative, maybe. It will harken back in a way, perhaps, to Asylum, where it doesn't make sense. You can't just sit there and figure out what's going to happen next, you know? You may be very much surprised. So I think that it's dark, dangerous, depraved, very grown up and sexual, sensual, in your face, unapologetic. The other night I literally covered my eyes a couple times. I'm not one to love horror, so some of the other seasons I was thankful for the humor, off the cuff, that sort of thing. But this one I think is unrelenting, in your face. It's probably the most horrific thus far.

So my sister just told me that she forced my mother to watch the first episode ....and my mom said that she doesn't really like the horror stuff and the show but she likes it more because Gaga was there ...stan abit 
Btw my sister watched 1st season and loved it. And she said the she loved the premiere also .... Side note: I have been trying to make both my sister and mom to watch AHS before they gave up on the first 10mins each time and now they both watch it .....Slay at Gaga bring two more viewers I guess

So what do y'all think the murder house episode will be about? they filmed an entire episode there so i am curious as to what/who it will entail!
Possibilites:
-Dr. Montgumery and the Black Dahlia (she stayed at the cecil hotel at not point)
-Michael Langdon for the Countess (which will bring jessica back as constance)
-The 4th albino child of Constance also for the countess
And also the fact that we will most likely run into all of the ghosts who haunt the murder house! Moira, Violet, Tate, the Harmon parents, the girlfriend, etc... I feel like this episode will be just as amazing as Orphans from S4

i think it will make a connection to why this place and thr hotel are cursed and when someone dies there they become ghost in the hotel idk
