Angela Bassett's portrayal of Marie might be my favorite role from her ever. She really owns the role I didn't expect her to play such a dark character so well.

That "Taliban" line killed me

I think that Cordelia is slowly turning evil. The devil voice in the preview (when she says "Fionnnneee ") makes it even more obvious

I also noticed that she used to wear light colors and now she wears black all the time

I also predict that her sight will somehow come back to her in future episodes.

It's such a frustrating watch this season. While it's still enjoyable, it really is all over the place in terms of character motivation. It's really quite amateurish.

I love the show to death but the writers should really be smarter about tying their ideas up. I mean we still don't know how the bull mask made Marie's husband into an actual minotaur

I can't find the interview for the life of me, but there was a behind the scenes clips for Coven a few days ago and one of the writers said he debated on telling the story of how Marie's husband actually became the minotaur, but then decided that since magic is the forefront of the show, the audience would just assume it was all magic that transformed him.
