My list turned into me pretty much telling the stories of the songs, lol!!! Kelly won't have to talk I wrote it for her.

She has been really good at sharing the stories behind her songs. I think us fans know pretty much everything, but I'd love for the public to hear these stories as well. I think they'd get a whole new appreciation for her songs.
Here are my picks... what I'd love for the public to know about these songs and what I'd like to know:
1. Since U Been Gone - Kelly had mentioned she flew to Sweden to record this song. Her label told her she could write the words, so she showed up with different lyrics for it. I've always wondered how her version was? Like was her version about a breakup or about something totally different?
2. Behind These Hazel Eyes - She said they had written different lyrics for this song and I would love for her to sing some of the original lyrics. It was supposed to be about the industry.
3. Because of You - I don't think people really know the drama of her childhood. Even though us, fans know the story, the public may not. Her parent's divorce really played a huge part in her upbringing and how she started writing. I remember her saying after she wrote this song she called Ashley to tell her she just knew one day she'd sing it at The Grammys.... and sure enough she did! Also, the struggle to get that damn song on a record is a good story for the public to be aware of.
4. Addicted - I remember a LONG time ago she talked about this song and was super specific.... She said it's about a guy she dated off and on for a few years and wrote it in her car when she was 19. She can share a story about that relationship. I'm pretty sure that's her ex, Matt, he was the manager at the movie theater she worked at. All I remember her saying about that guy was he was 6 years older than her and they waited till she was legal to date, haha.
5. Never Again - You have to admit the whole relationship with David in retrospect is pretty funny in a twisted way (Us, Texans have a weird-ass sense of humor). That whole story is just like wtf? He got engaged the same day he dumped you? It's like straight out of a movie.
6. Sober - Such a pretty song that I want the public to hear.
7. Maybe - Another song I'd love for the public to hear. I always wondered if she's talking more to herself or was it targeted to a specific person? I remember a reviewer pointed out that Graham Colton's song "On Your Side" starts with the line "I'm not asking for forever" and how it seemed to be a reply to "I can't promise forever, but I'm working on it" in "Maybe".
8. Already Gone - Would be cool to hear her talk about recording this. And the whole "Halo" drama. I remember her saying she was driving around Texas and heard these radio DJ's playing both songs over each other to show how similar they were and she called Ryan after that, lol.
9. You Love Me - She said she wrote this after a fight she had with someone. I like hearing the behind-closed-doors stories!
10. You Can't Win - Perfect transition from YLM, haha. She wrote this around the AIEW era and it seems that's when the media/people were the meanest to her about her weight, lesbian rumors, etc. It's such a statement song that addresses things people can relate to. I like when Kelly addresses those negative things, she's got a good perspective on things.
