How does that discredit the fact that early '00s represent album sales' peak, aka being an easier feat to open with a milli than in the '10s when albums sales are in a historic low? Common sense answers that.

Taylor has opened with more than a million three times in a row, when album sales are the pits. How isn't that more impressive than opening with a million during album sales' peak (as proven by iHype) 14 years ago? Elaborate. The brightness from some people in here never ceases to amaze me...

447k is probably from iTunes, though weren't we hearing that both Target and iTunes were 600k each? Or was it 400k? Someone had to be lying there.

It has already been confirmed that HDD doesn't work like that. Beyoncé was only available on iTunes, but it updated normally on HDD just like every other album it didn't get all sales at once.
