People, wildlife, animals, boats, airplanes, etc have ownership and protection. Therefore in respect it exists within water and airspace, not actually oceans themselves (except close proximity to land).

Something along those lines. I think they found the ruins of it or something like that.. So a city on the top of the ocean isn't too far of a reach, right?

If so, who made it up then? Because I'm pretty sure it's real...

I've heard of cities sinking, which is something I don't understand either, well I do to an extent. Cities next to the coast get sunk because of water levels rising, right?

But what about cities that are in the middle of a country, do they sink? If so, how? Does the land just fall and everyone goes into the water? If yes, how does the land refill? Do we fill it back in with cement or what?

May be not answer that, I don't want to bore you sorry.
