That's a whole 3 hours left of voting for California. So if they pronounce her the nominee those last bit of votes may stay home. Now who that could potentially hurt more is yet to be seen or may not be seen at all.

Yeah the logistics of this is very interesting because Clinton will definitely want to make her speech during primetime which kind of puts some pressure on Sanders speaking at 1am. It could make things awkward.
Either way, Clinton may just have to encourage people to stay in line who are watching in California because no matter what, the networks would be calling her the presumptive nominee all night.
