That's not true. Ted, Marco, Jeb, Kasich, etc. just suspended their campaign which meant they weren't going to go out and campaign. They were still on the ballots, and their delegates can still vote for them at the convention.
And Hillary WILL have the magic number. There is no way around that. And I'm sorry, but the indictment is irrelevant in someone endorsing someone. Yeah she may be, but Obama won't stop giving his opinion because of the FBI just like the 15M+ people plus 600 party leaders who voted for her did.
Obama is a superdelegate and he can say who he's voting for like anyone else. Same with Biden. He already endorsed basically.
