hmmm, it is very hard for me to just randomly do that. I have tried but it's too awkward for me. I am happy that I am already in a relationship and don't want to just jump on to the next.

I ****ing hate looking for jobs. I have a year off before PhD and I've only gotten one interview (that I didn't get due to lack of experience) since I started submitting applications in late March.

If I don't get an interview, it's because of experience. If I don't get a job, it's because of experience. Apparently, being 23 with a Masters degree is useless unless I have that same degree and am 40 years old with a **** load of life experience. One hirer even indicated he wanted me to have more experience even though its ironic considering I would need his job to gain the experience needed. He said he "appreciated the dilemma". FML.

****.. that sounds tough. What is your PhD in? I know tons of people with this problem, I just wish they can actually make sense. I mean, you have the degree, I am sure you can handle it!

Counselling Psychology. I'll be able to register for a psychologist then but a job is very likely after a PhD.
