Your point is valid but I love 90's music and don't love Janet Jackson so you are not entirely valid. Anyway, we all know 90% of popular artists today have no talent so why single out Hilary.

If your saying "Lizzie McGuire" was her high point, your comment loses all validity, but I won't jump to conclusions. Raven has a career, don't trip, she may not have a big career in music, but uh she has a hit film, and another two to film this year that are destined to be hits.

Concerning Janet being placed on this list I think she would be a great fit. She may not have the most powerful voice, but what she does sound better than all her new incarnations. I always thought she had a small but commanding voice. When you hear her on the radio you know it’s her because no one sounds like her.

hardly anyone cares about Raven-Symoné anymore. She is losing her appeal to the younger audiences because she is nearly twenty three years old, and Disney is not putting her in the spotlight any longer. She is typecast as a "kids star." Miley & Jo. Bros. are Disneys power mavens
