Most of it was dropped in her demo "7 AM", the song was written about Luke, where she basically exposes him for being a dirty scumbag, trying to sleep with women for hits, and always having booty calls (rollling in bitches) around whenever said women couldn't please him.
Also, the guy that was name dropped in the 7 AM demo, Jimmy, previously confirmed that Luke was after her for a while, and was jealous because Ke$ha had a "fling" with Jimmy at one point or another.
