And yes, the era is getting messy...too much cross promotion. If I'm not mistaken Starships still has decent recurrent airplay, she's released too many songs on urban to count, now The Boys and VVV while PTA is still active on the charts. Its fairly ridiculous

The era is messy because she has so many other things going on the bitch is moving way to fast, she wants to portray that superwoman image so badly and it's hurting her. The label let's her do whatever the hell she wants and that's huge double headed sword.

The reason she releases so many singles is because she's trying to release everything desperately hoping one of them becomes a hit. Pound the Alarm has flopped, I Am Your Leader flopped a million times harder.

Hopefully Va Va Voom can be a hit, as it's a lot better than Pound the Alarm. She should send Va Va Voom to urban aswell, it'll do better than I Am Your Leader at least lol.

I'm not sure actually. It charted for a bit on the urban chart on mediabase, so maybe it was sent to urban radio. But urban radio very often play songs that don't get sent to the format, so I don't know.

But hopefully Va Va Voom does better. Nicki needs another hit, and Va Va Voom is actually vaguely popular with her urban fanbase, so it'll be less hated if it smashes.

Radio 1Xtra (one of the biggest urban stations in the UK) is already playing Va Va Voom to death. Capital FM have it in high rotation too, so I think it could get top 10 in the UK next week.

absolutely not, if that was the case they would of NEVER let her release a risky song like 'stupid hoe', she already said she has creative control over everything, they just hand her the money and she does whatever. PTA didn't flop and I Am Your Leader was never a single to begin with so how could it have flopped ?

1. Pound the Alarm did not flop. #15 on Hot 100. Almost went to 85M AI. Top 5 on Rhythmic. Top 15 on Pop. Some of yall don't even check iTunes i guess. Because it's actually increasing now.

3. Like I said before, this Era is only messy if you let it. No singles are crossing each other. There is only one song out for Pop in the US and one Urban. UK has Va Va Voom. That has nothing to do with the US.

Nicki managed a #13 hit with Moment 4 Life, an urban song. So if one of her dance songs can't top that, it's done awfully.

So many people were saying PTA could be her first #1. It's "success" must be so disappointing for those people.

I don't think anybody can honestly consider PTA a flop. It's sold close to 2 million singles worldwide, and the video was a hit as well.

PTA wasn't a flop but it most definitely underperformed in most people's opinions. It hasn't even hit platinum, that's the part that it disappointed me. I'm okay with the Hot 100 position.

I think she can pull another Super bass hopefully. VVV is the best song on album and its destined to smash, if it underperforms like PTA, ill cut a hoe.

#15 on the Hot 100 is a disappointment, not a success.

However, more things should be taken into account than just a Hot 100 peak.

It's the most acclaimed song on the album. It's 100x better than WI. It's literally flawless.
