Awww, I wish this had gone further. I can't believe that it didn't get a single 10 I much prefer the Billy Currington version because Mark McGrath is so random and (sorta) lame. This song is just so feel-good and, as Jdella11 put it, it's a PG **** anthem This was Shania's last true hit, as it went Top 10 in seven countries & the US country chart. It also went to #58 on the Hot 100. The Greatest Hits songs are now out!
This song is the second single from the debut album and it did not make the Top 10 of this countdown as Ace insisted. It's a cute slow dance song in a traditional country format. Shania sounds great, but that's to be expected from the Queen. Maybe Ace can give us more insight into it's greatness? The song only reached #55 on the Country chart, so it was not exactly a big hit! An interesting/odd fact about the video is that Sean Penn directed it. I just can't see Sean Penn and Shania Twain hanging out together on a video set, lmao.
Am not happy. In my top five Shania singles. The only midtempo she's done that I LOVE as much as her ballads. Such a great, classic melody, and such a great vocal. It feels warm.
All of the remaining songs are from the Shania trinity: The Woman in Me, Come on Over, and Up!
"Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?"
"Any Man of Mine"
"The Woman in Me (Needs the Man in You)"
"(If You're Not in It for Love) I'm Outta Here!"
"You Win My Love"
"No One Needs to Know"
"Home Ain't Where His Hearts Is (Anymore)"
"Love Gets Me Every Time"
"Don't Be Stupid (You Know I Love You)"
"You're Still the One"
"From This Moment On"
"When"
"Honey, I'm Home"
"That Don't Impress Me Much"
"Man! I Feel Like a Woman!"
"You've Got a Way"
"Come on Over"
"I'm Holdin' On to Love (To Save My Life)"
"I'm Gonna Getcha Good!"
"Up!"
"Forever and for Always"
"Thank You Baby! (For Makin' Someday Come So Soon)"
"She's Not Just a Pretty Face"
"When You Kiss Me"
"It Only Hurts When I'm Breathing"
3 songs from The Woman In Me (Any Man of Mine, Whose Bed, I'm Outta Here)
4 songs from Come On Over (From This Moment On, You're Still The One, That Don't Impress Me Much, Man I Feel Like A Woman)
3 songs from Up! (Gonna Getcha Good, Forever & For Always, When You Kiss Me)
Half of the 25 remaining songs are top 10 worthy though.

Aww, I really wanted it to go farther but I guess I understand why it didn't. And yeah, the McGrath version is just a mess.
The first title song to leave the competition is "Come on Over". This song is a little underwhelming for me because you'd think the title track to the biggest-selling female album ever would be something really awesome, but this track is sort of laid-back. The best part of the song for me is the high note Shania hits towards the end. It's probably the highest note she's ever hit. "Come on Over" peaked at #6 on the US country chart and won a Grammy for Best Country Song. This song lost a double tie-breaker to #24 because both had the same amount of 10s, but #24 had a 9.5, while Come on Over's next highest score was a 9.
The opening track to The Woman in Me, "Home Ain't Where His Heart Is (Anymore)" was the seventh single off the album. The song is about falling out of love over time due to the stresses of life. For me, this is one of the weaker ballads on the album. The song only peaked at #28 on the US country chart, so I think the release of this single was unnecessary. I just realized I never posted the correct link for this song in the original post, so sorry if that caused any confusion, LOL.
