Nah just simple doubt, I don't remember much of her first 2 eras, didn't put much attention to her impact, I just enjoyed the music, but since this forum is all about stats, just wanted to see it from that perspective.

To answer your question, she mattered and was a factor, a huge one at that during all of her eras. 11 yrs in to her solo career she is the artist who has held up the best and the longest. Most of her peers minus Pink have not. That's not including her days as the lead singer of Destiny's Child which begin in 96, that's over 18yrs. She's untouchable.
