I'll be honest, I like the fact that when I do use a gym I feel like I'm getting more of a workout then when I do my walk/run interval thing. But even with that knowledge I can't convince myself to go.
I've been using my sister's condo building gym so its a bit small but it has everything I need, and I like that there aren't too many people so I can ease myself into it (also its free LOL).
