Well **** that mentality if that's their planning. At least with The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour there's no indication that there's no new music which is a tease considering they went 8 months and then added new music.
It would be AWFUL if they think they could just have Bitch Better Have My Money, FourFiveSeconds and American Oxygen and call label it the ANTi World Tour. At least with Janet Jackson she gave us those new songs opening night, but mess she only added one new song after the release.

I'm not sure about the second leg either, TMCSWT's second leg was sold out and in process when the album dropped. With this is mind, I can't imagine the album isn't coming before the tour, it just doesn't make sense, but who knows.

And with Beyonce what drove me to make sure to see her is that she kept herself so reserved with only the Revel and Roseland shows that unless you travelled to see her you missed an entire era. So I was thrilled that I finally got a chance to see her without having to book a flight out of the country.
With ANTi World Tour it's like I'm expecting new music but even trying to sell the idea of going with a friend no one wants to because basically when they ask what songs are good from the album I have no answer and since a lot of them I dragged along for the Diamonds World Tour they don't want to spend $150 for a ticket when they basically saw her latest album.
With promo coming soon, the North American leg is going to sell even better. Right now it looks like most cities are at least 70% sold out, which is good considering the last single was released almost a year ago.
