With VIP and resale turned off, AMEX and standard tickets turned on:
Toronto #1 - There's a few in each section, moreso in the back but that's normal, upper sides are fully available.
Toronto #2 -

the back lower bowl.
Quebec City -

skull:
Montreal #1 - almost sold out.
Montreal #2 - First 30 some rows sold out, the side's aren't too bad, but you can still buy 8 tickets together in the middle bowl section.
Winnipeg - no map.
Calgary - no map.
Edmonton - only 2 sections have almost 2 full rows available in the lower bowl, a few singles as well. 200 levels deserve to flop, no one wants to pay $150 for those. 300's aren't so bad, but not so good for $40.
Vancouver - all singles. It's basically sold out, maybe 50 tickets left.
San Diego - the upper closer to the stage were added recently. The back lower bowl has a few rows.
San Jose - no map.
Phoenix -

Austin - no map.
Houston - no map.
I wouldn't say the sales are bad for someone who isn't promoting singles for an album that's not released.
