Electoral Votes--
McCain 39 (needs 241 more)
Obama 81 (needs 189 more)
Obama, so far, has Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Washington, D.C., and Illinois. Indiana right now is too close. It could go to either. Same case for my home state, Missouri. McCain has Kentucky, West Virginia, Oklahoma, and South Carolina.

No one lives on Mars either, I guess we can't possibly know anything about Mars, since no one lives there. Hmm, big red thing up in the sky. WTF is it? Please, volunteers, move to Mars and tell us all about it. Cause we are clueless here on Earth.

Yeah I agree, if you look back at one of my earlier posts you can see I clearly stated we need to reform our health care system. the premiums are too high and hard-working people are being gouged. You really could afford to lose the attitude though because it's not like I'm an unreasonable person. I'm just trying to state my case, and I'm not against having a Democrat president but both Barack and Joe are too radical. It's going to be a really disastrous transition if we go from having a neo-conservative adminstration (Bush-Cheney) to a neo-liberal administration (Obama-Biden + our extreme-left Senate). I would never defend Bush as a good president, but I feel differently about McCain because he does have a record of being more moderate. See, our welfare system here is screwed up and I would be alright if Barack made health care affordable but he's been nabbed several times for not budgetting properly. He's going to hurt the quality of health care by reducing the standards to an extreme low. His plan is not as thorough or all-encompassing as Hillary's was. If in two years time things improve, then I will come right out and admit I was wrong about Barack, but for now I'm really skeptical.

Fine. If we aren't going to discuss politics and you seem to know everything, plz clue me on why are you being such a little bitch? Clearly, you have one opinion on something that really doesn't even concern you.

I don't understand how anyone can be too liberal (which he isn't - he doesn't even support gay marriage for goodness sakes!), but I can respect this view.
Plus, we EIG lovers have to stick together.

Well, if you're going to twist my words like that, then yes.
It doesn't bother me when people support McCain. It bothers me when people support Palin. Palin is an unsupportable piece of garbage, and anyone who thinks of her as anything other than a bitch is either a relative or a moron.

That's fair. I also don't think it was a great move appointing her, but it's a decision that's already been made. Hopefully her position as vice president will not be detrimental to our country if McCain is elected. I don't feel she is the best candidate for the position, but then again I don't feel like anything drastically whorrible is going to happen from her. She would have advisers...

Well, unless McCain dies in office. Now, granted, I'm not one of those people who thinks that McCain's too old, but anything could happen, and what happens then? Yeah, Palin becomes the president. I shudder to think about that possibility.

Various sources are reporting 103 for Obama. I wonder who's right.

Those who are reporting 103 are also taking into account Pennsylvania, so the ones who have the smaller electoral vote count do not consider that PA has been won yet.
