Italy was truly completely sabotaged, I mean, an 80 POINT lead over Russia in televote and a 90 point lead over the winner, Sweden! They should've just left it 100% televote because this is beyond scandalous, Italy literally only gets neighbor votes from Malta and Albania so we wouldn't have pulled a Turkey 2003
I mean, I hate Grande amore with all myself, but if Europe was here for it so much, just let our generic operatic pop song sung in our national language win over that generic David Guetta reject

I think that the juries need to stay because I'm not here for Italy giving Albania and Romania 10-12 points, and Belgium/France/Netherlands/Czech Rep giving 12 points to Armenia every year. The problem is that the Balkans still vote for eachother even with the juries, they just can't let go of their bloc voting

Grande amore is a horrible song and totally doesn't sound like a winner. The tacky ass performance with the Roman copies of Greek statues going on fire in the background the fact that they performed last helped a lot, but they would've won the televote even if they had performed first because for some reason Europe loves Italian operatic music
