Albania's song is just like their 2015 entry: mediocre. I hope they keep it in Albanian, it might pull an Et uus saaks alguse (Estonia 2013) and maybe qualify and place like 20th in the final.

I'm still shocked at how many flawless entries Estonia has had (Kaesomething Hääl, Keelatud maa, Diamond of Night, Once in a Lifetime, Runaway, Rändajad, Rockfeller Street, Et uus saaks alguse), yet one of the worst songs of all time, Everybody, won
Actually, the 2001 top 3 was the most tragic of all time. Aside from that horrible Estonian song, there was that generic ass and horribly written Danish songs sung by those two idiotic-looking creatures, followed by Die for You which has the most horrid lyrics I've ever heard (they didn't even make an effort to write it). The clear top 3 of 2001 was Slovenia, Germany and France.

I don't think Russia will win anytime soon, the EBU won't allow that. Polina was the clear winner of 2015 and, despite her saying she disagrees with Putin on most things like the Ukraine and the gays, they just couldn't make her win. Just like they sabotaged Italy because they said they wouldn't have hosted the contest in 2016
For now, Armenia is probably the favorite. Let's wait for the song though, remember how hyped Genealogy was last year and in the end they sent that thing that qualified thanks to migrant votes only?
