How will the noms work? Do organisers make a shortlist of nominees and we vote? Sorry if i missed the info previously. I never seem to be on when this thread is active

Then we all vote on the Top 5 users in each category with the most nominations starting the 21st for 1.5 weeks, the winners are announced the official award show date.
