The funny thing is that they didn't do it for the 1M week It was just an amazing deal that only Gaga could get (let us pay you full price for 400k+ copies and then sell them at 0.99c to get some enormous traffic in our site ? Ok . )

And it worked so well that they put the album for 0.99c a second day.

Some other albums were available at 0.99c for a WHOLE WEEK on amazon and didn't even sell 1/3 of what BTW did at FULL PRICE, let alone counting the amazon copies
