I dunno where you live but here all lawyers need to do a few pro bono cases. You'd have to find a lawyer willing to spend their time on this cause these cases can last a looong time, especially if you're a "nobody' against a big company.

Obviously it's close to impossible but each popstar's team tracks what the fans write on the internet so there is actually a very slight chance of someone seeing and copying them imo

See, I know this isn't much of a case, but my dream is to lose the case and have a statement saying Britney did not receive enough money/sales from Britney Jean to make it worth suing over. Court-issued statement saying it's a flop.
