You didn't claim them until over a year later. And, as others already said, you would have to prove that you last logged in before that album was released/ didn't edit it once it was released.
And even if your claim is true, you've had a year to save up money, contact a lawyer, build a case, etc. Having someone make a thread on ATRL for cackles was not the place to start. You don't really seem to care all that much, in all honesty.
