125 · CHRIS BROWN f/ USHER & RICK ROSS, "New Flame"
Weeks on Chart: did not chart
Peak Position: did not chart
Debut Date: did not chart
After a streak of underwhelming singles, Chris Brown returned with a smash R&B team-up with Usher and Rick Ross via "New Flame". The first time I heard the song, I instantly got hooked into it. It just showcased Chris' and Usher's fiery rhythm-and-blues style. Why did it not chart though?
♫ "Who said you can't find love in a club? Cause I wanna tell them they wrong. Come on baby, try a new thing; and let's spark a new flame." ♫

124 · ONEREPUBLIC, "Something I Need"
Weeks on Chart: 4 Weeks
Peak Position: #14
Debut Date: December 7, 2013
OneRepublic has been constantly appearing on my countdown but they never made it big. Here's an example of another track that failed to make it to the final cut. Nevertheless, I'd still prefer this anytime over "Apologize". It's just sounds lovely and symphonic. Harmoniously done.
♫ "You got something I need. In this world full of people, there's one killing me. And if we only die once I wanna die with you." ♫

123 · CHARLI XCX, "SuperLove"
Weeks on Chart: 4 Weeks
Peak Position: #11
Debut Date: January 4, 2014
After the smash collaboration with Icona Pop last year, Charli XCX debuts with a solo single via "SuperLove". I admire this track cause it highlighted Charli's lovely vocals and accent. It might not gained much attention as "Boom Clap" did but still worthy of having a place on the list.
♫ "S.O.S.! This is real and this is dangerous. You're my favorite drug. I smoke you in the car." ♫
2013: FABER DRIVE f/ ISH, "Candy Store" |

122 · ICONA POP, "Just Another Night"
Weeks on Chart: 2 Weeks
Peak Position: #12
Debut Date: January 4, 2014
Swedish duo Icona Pop comes back with the electronic folk hit "Just Another Night". After a streak of club-friendly EDM singles, the girls became experimental and came up with this track. It worked. It sounded very simple yet absolutely stunning.
♫ "There's gonna be a way between us. Tearing down our walls of secrets. It's just another night on the other side." ♫
2013: LAWSON, "Learn To Love Again" |

121 · KARMIN, "Pulses"
Weeks on Chart: 1 Week
Peak Position: #19
Debut Date: May 17, 2014
Karmin goes back to their roots and showed off their rapping prowess through "Pulses". I've always been a follower of the tandem since "Brokenhearted" owned the charts two years ago. This track might not be a highlight of their discography, but I actually find it interesting.
♫ "You got a heart that's born with a beat. What's that now, you forget how to breathe? I wanna get that thing runnin'." ♫
2013: SHANE FILAN, "Everything To Me" |

JESSIE J, ARIANA GRANDE & NICKI MINAJ, "Bang Bang "
Best Collaboration Ever
Just when the news broke out that Jessie, Ari and Nicki will be collaborating, I already got excited. When the single was officially released, the rest just became history. Jessie's vocal range, Ariana's sultry delivery and Nicki's rapping skills just blended perfectly. Ultimately, a collaboration we all watched out for.
RUNNER-UP: IGGY AZALEA f/ CHARLI XCX, "Fancy" |
