I honestly find nothing wrong getting rejected songs, especially if they become hits themselves. Why let a good song go to waste? If certain artists don't want obvious smashes, then so be it.
I don't blame Bey. Her vocals are too good and she's too good to be singing a song that sounds like it was made for someone with mediocre and ear splitting vocals.
When popstars say they "wrote" a song it's all very...blurry.
Ke$ha said she wrote Die Young but in reality we found out Nate wrote the hook, Dr Luke got hold of it, and he and his team including Ke$ha wrote the rest.
Well, if you're implying that K$ doesn't write her songs, she is credited as the sole writer of 2 songs on Warrior; Love into The Light and Past Lives

I can see Bey singing this song and doing it more than justice. Obviously it would require tweaking to suit her, but that's why she's considered a vocalist and artist.
It's lackluster and boring when compared to the other "4" tracks but awful it's not.
