The Red Lipstick was actually about Gaga's red lipstick on her marijuana sis. You're so misinformed tbh. No she said gaga will do EITHER of the two things. Shave her head or get a tattoo on the back of her head. Which she did the latter. Trust me they are real.

I never said I believed the Red Lipstick thing. DJWS posted a picture of Gaga's red lipstick on a blunt or something. That's all there was too it. That fake twitter mess was building off of some old "red lipstick" song story that had been going around since TFM/BTW time.
