I think this will be like Scheisse Mugler Mix. We'll have a bit different version on the album. There sounds like there's something missing lyrically. The vocals need to be properly edited as well.
However, remember Gaga said she recorded a song for ARTPOP back in August and Tara later said it was the hardest Marijuana record. It's also no coincidence that Gaga described ARTPOP as Disney Princess High. This song is obviously meant for the record.
