It shouldn't be a big deal because sometimes people offline would like to send a simple message to people that are on so they can get clarification on things like their ban, if it was requested or not, what's going to happen when they return (if they're hosting a game/event/rate.) I agree that relaying messages concerning an event should be fine, especially if it's already started and people have invested time in voting and whatnot (like the RT awards). However, what T-Swizz relayed would have been warnable regardless if it was relayed or not. It was kind of his own fault for relaying death threats.

Like, that's obviously not acceptable.
