That mod is a mess, should've been a reminder for sure. That's not a popular rule, though I've known about it for years, plus it's one of the stupidest ones. It shouldn't be a big deal because sometimes people offline would like to send a simple message to people that are on so they can get clarification on things like their ban, if it was requested or not, what's going to happen when they return (if they're hosting a game/event/rate.) But yeah, that definitely is warnable and unfortunately has been for a good while.
