No it's not, it's incredibly difficult to create. Some people just can't do it at all, being able to hear what sounds good and mesh things well together is also impressive but nowhere near the same level.
It's like one way you have all the materials and tools and just combine it to create a masterpiece. And the other one you make all the tools and material yourself and then combine it to create a masterpiece. The 2nd one is much more impressive.
These new rappers are a joke.
