Remember when Ana Leigh was telling Fiona a Supreme must master the "7 wonders" or something like that? (Pyrokinesis, Alchemy, and Telekinesis seem to be 3 of the 7) I think those are specific abilities. I don't think the Supreme has all the powers. Pretty sure Fiona doesn't have the powers of Queenie, Nan, or Zoe. That's probably why Maddison was such a threat since she had already shown an affinity to 2 of the 7. Fiona doesn't suspect Nan or the others since they have yet to show any talent in the 7 wonders. And while she is dying of cancer Maddison is getting stronger so she was the first suspect.
