True, she literally brung her back to life with her breath. But it could be anyone tbh. Maddy has Telekinesis and Pyrokinesis like Fiona but Cordelia said it herself that Maddison is not the next Supreme.

Btw what is Cordelia's power!? She seems so weak compared to the others.
