And it's her own fault that her latest bunch of pop songs sucks. There are tons of great songwriters and producers out there and she always chooses to work with the most basic ones like Sia, Babyface or Ryan Tedder. She can make a great pop music, she just needs to switch it up.

And see that's the thing, I don't think she has any real deep passion when it comes to that side of the musical spectrum which is why she can be so hit and miss. The labor of love that drives her to explore and experiment with the urban, funk, soul, bounce, go go etc just isn't there for the pop hence some of the dry as toast and uninspired pop songs she ends up delivering half the time now when she does straight up pop tracks.
