I don't really like IASF, but it has made made a household name of Beyonce overseas. It's easy to dismiss it now.

And it's her own fault that her latest bunch of pop songs sucks. There are tons of great songwriters and producers out there and she always chooses to work with the most basic ones like Sia, Babyface or Ryan Tedder. She can make a great pop music, she just needs to switch it up.
