Gaga's well liked in the music industry...she never shades other artists and people in the industry constantly talk about her amazing work ethic and passion and how down to earth she is in person. Christina meanwhile has been notorious for her vile personality for years...hence the reason the press jumped on her when Bionic tanked. I don't see any comparison between them.

To go from the biggest bomb album in years and repeated public embarrassments to judging a big hit show and being a feature on a massive WW smash can be considered "things slowly beginning to turn around."
Gaga may be "nice" but the industry cares about artists who can make them money, not artists who can make great friends. Most of the powerful women who've endured, like Streisand & Madonna, are appalling egomaniacs anyway. What
is harmful to a career is being such a difficult control freak that a famous music video director walks off the set and you replace him with your friends who do whatever you ask them, no questions asked.
