Classic case of "TRBOP" (threads ruined by one post).
Behind Tiko's ranting there is a slightly valid point: colonialism is strongly connected to the spread of HIV/AIDS in what used to be the Belgian Congo, then in Africa, moving on to the Caribbean, and then to the U.S., Europe, and the rest of the world.
Still, to make a generalizing statement that blames all white people for this tragedy is not fair or well informed. It's akin to saying that present day Spaniards are to blame for the genocide of indigenous people in the New World and the subsequent violence/poverty that has plagued a good number of Latin American countries. Or to say that modern day Germans are at fault for WWII, the Holocaust, and present-day Israeli-Palestinian conflicts.
The ones to blame for the world's evil (including this pandemic), for the underdevelopment of Africa, Asia, and Latin America, and every other awful thing that has happened are those in power (monarchies, dictators, heads of corporations, etc.), not every single person from a racial group.
The main thing to take from the OP is the fact that scientists may have identified the geographic and historical origins of a pandemic. I don't think that knowing this can/will help much in the fight against the virus, but it is an interesting theory nonetheless.
