The song may have been about a personal grudge, but EVERYTHING Taylor has done since recording it has revolved around manipulating, exploiting, capitalizing and profiteering off pitting women against one another and forcing others to take sides.

I have to agree that Bad Blood is her worst choice ever. So why would you publicise this dispute with a woman when you KNOW that the media are going to perceive it that way and hence give you promotion?

You can't call society out on it and then utilise it to score you a hit. That's not feminism. It's clever marketing, I'll give her that, but it's not feminism when you're exploiting the media's perception of female conflict for a hit of the moment.

She's never had such a long run of popular singles before. Normally She goes fairly quiet after the third single / once She's on tour, so the public has a break from Her until the next album release.

I love Her dearly, but I'm getting quite tired of the ~feminism and the ~squad as well. It's really awesome that She brings special guests to each show, but there's no need to act like they're all Her bffs. It's silly.

And while She is correct that Her relationships were unnecessarily criticized because of Her gender, it mostly feels like She claimed feminism just to have a talking point for Her full pop era besides Harry Styles.
