People are making up excuses like "She doesn't act her age, blabla" to hide the fact that the only reason they hate her is because even being so ''talentless'' like they think she ******* this era, then they will bring up album sales, Katy fans will bring up the 5 succesful singles and people-who-don't-like-singers-who-dont-act-their-age will still be talking about album sales + MTV turned everyone (monsters mainly) against her by nominating her more times than other acts besides Adele so... I think that's why.

Her success is deserved. I didn't like the LFN remix but I no longer like that tactic at all in general. There's no doubt all of her singles took off effortlessly, and became even bigger because of her DOING HER JOB, promoting. I don't think people should use her relentless promotion against her, & more people should follow her & her label's example (LFN Remix aside). Oh, & the E.T. remix was an excellent idea, so kudos to whoever came up with the idea for it, even though I don't like Kanye's verses.

It's not just her I want to stop working with Dr. Luke, it's most of the popstars in general. He's starting to repeat himself over & over again. I don't want her next album to sound like TD & if she works with him again I don't see how she can evolve much musically.

Katy can still pass for a 20-year old. And while her music might not have as much cache as Gwen's, I think Teenage Dream and OOTB are just as authentic to Katy as L.A.M.B. and TSE were to Gwen.
