People started to hate not because she was gaining success just at selling singles but because she changed and not for better. Would you argue that TD has more substance than One of the Boys? Would you argue that she changed her game because she knew she wouldn't gain much attention and changed into this hypersexed-fake artist? Also monsters hate her because she seems to try to outdo Gaga, when that's impossible at least in this millennium. I mean, did you see her at the VMA's? or when she post something like "put your paws up!"... I don't hate her, I don't hate, I dislike her, and the reason for that is that she seems she has completely changed her "identity" in order to become something she didn't was only for commercial success.

Did you know that people perceive emotions? People perceive every trait in someone's personality. For example: everytime she's on the eye, she seems completely fake, like when she went to hug Adele and she was like  She did it for attention. Or when she tweets or retweets something to LAdy Gaga knowing she won't answer cause she's fake, I mean, how can you talk bad at someone when you do the same? And I'm referring to Alejandro diss, because Katy did a photoshoot where shes boob-bared and she's holding her twins looking provocately to the camera.. And she's wearing a rosary, or a cross necklace

i don't know why some fanbases are even talking when their faves music is just as generic and they're not any more talented than katy. calling her a **** and this and that when the person you stan for isn't any better, I don't even see katy as being all that ****ty. i like katy for the most part though

Actually, in everyday life, she isn't hated as much as on this site, or on the internet, for that matter.
You guys have to realize that the internet world and people are completely different than the ''real physical world''
