I can't at people shading artists for putting out generic songs, but when their fave is supposedly delivering a generic hit, they're like YASSSSSSSS.
Make up you're mind, generic is either a good or bad thing, not flip flop because you don't like an artist, but praise the people you stan for when they do it.
