Agreed they are the only two. Signs are leaning more towards Pete though I conisder Chanel #5 a likely suspect.
I will say, Chanel #5 might be the only character to not have been accused of being the killer. Pretty sure everyone else has had accusations but her.

Fun fact: Chanel #3 and Grace are the only ones who haven't been attacked by the devil.
Grace & Pete are sort of in a relationship.

any of the Chanels unless there's another killer, the Dean, the dad, Denise...
It also can't be Zayday unless Boone is incestuous. It also probably isn't Chad unless Gigi was one of the two red devils who attacked everyone with chainsaws. At this point it literally has to be either Grace or Pete. Grace technically is Boone's brother, so that's not a lie. She could've known all along or something. If it's not Grace or Pete, Ryan done ****ed up.
