None of the Republicans are really that "moderate", let alone will get me vote. They are all just slightly different flavors of conservatism. Hell, If Christie/Kasich are considered "moderates" than Hillary really is progressive.

He's attractive and young, which will give him some sway to moderates that don't care much about social policies, but he is also a terrible speaker with a bad record and had already said enough damning things to not make it through at the end, like you have said. You can count that DNC is going to go all in with ads of him against abortion, wanting to overturn gay marriage, wanting to start wars with Russia and Iran. I still do think there is a justified fear with him but he does not have it as easy as some others make it sound here.

If ran against Bernie, you can potentially get pulled by a pro-life guy who opposes federal abortion funding, who opposes gay adoption, who supported an amendment to ban same-sex marriage, who thinks it's God's job to decide if a punishment fits a crime, who supports more prisons, more enforcement and more effective death penalty, who thinks bible stories are historical facts, who supports a constitutional amendment for school prayer, who wants government to be supported by Christian values, who opposes restrictions on the right to bear arms, who voted for decreasing the gun waiting period, who declared English as the official language of the US, who says he doesn't get how anyone can get along without the bible, then maybe you have some bigger issues that you need to look into before currently supporting Secretary Clinton.

Hillary is progressive overall. I feel like with this election Bernie has become the new measuring stick for who's actually progressive. Which is unfortunate, but reality.
None of the Republicans are really moderates. Kasich is the closest to a moderate in my opinion. He's my favorite, but I'd likely vote for Bernie over Kasich if that were to be the GE election.

Boston Globe Poll: Sanders +8 In NH
Clearly Sanders is still ahead (no matter the percentage) by a lot but she seems to be closing the gap. That IA tie for her seemed to put a little steam into her campaign (this was done 2/2-2/4) there. If Trump can draw the independents to his campaign instead while Clinton can somehow keep this momentum she may not lose as bad/have a very outside chance of winning. I just hope, if she does happen to lose, that it's single digits. It could stunt any momentum Bernie is picking up after his probable win

If Bernie is the 'gatekeeper of progressivism' there's noone else that can be called progressive. Not even Warren.
I like Kasich. I like Christie too, particularly in terms of his views of social justice reform and drug rehabilitation. Both would make strong moderate GOP candidates, but looks like neither is happening.

I don't know if winning in single digits would stunt any of his momentum especially since RCP average shows him above her by 15 points only, that's 6 points away from single digits, and seeing her win in 2008, she probably is expected to win in single digits. But knowing the media, they probably will still spin in favor of Clinton if she loses in single digits.

It could. I mean he has the momentum so if he only wins in the single digits while most polls have an average of him up by double digits then things could turn around for her ever so slightly.
I disagree no one is expecting her to win there by single digits. No poll shows it, no pundits are saying it, and supporters of both camps don't agree with that.
It all comes down to how well Trump attracts the independents tbh

I think this one is the outlier, there were several other polls out today that shows Sanders around 15 above Clinton

This seems like a personal attack on my preferences. I don't need to explain myself to you and why I vote. You and your constant @ing me is not going to change my preference nor those who would lean to Kasich over Bernie. So take your condescending advise and at someone else with it.

I mean yeah but comparing this place's polls the lead is getting smaller. That's what I meant by her having momentum slightly if polls generally are getting smaller, regardless of who is winning. I don't think she's single digits behind, I still think she's behind +15

Well I really don't see an average national voter caring too much about that unless, again, the media tried timo spin it in favor of her.
But we'll see, I'm hearing the weather there might not help many politically-disengaged independents to go out and Stump for Trump.

That was far from a personal attack as it factually listed a range of different issues and showed exactly where Kasich stood on them. These key issues are fundamebtally against everything Secretary Clinton, Senator Sanders and the entire Democratic party stands for, so it's safe to say that your current support for the Secretary as well as your remarks regarding potenital lean towards Kasich over Bernie are completely and utterly contradictory. Nothing I wrote in that post was condesending, it was a factual breakdown of what Kasich stands for. You have the right to do whatever you want.

I'd say the CNN one with 61-30 is the biggest outlier today.

Really eager to see whether the debate pulled her closer as well. I think that she might have started to close the gap a bit.

Based on the vision that Bernie presents in 2016 and based on the vision that Kasich presents in 2016 thusfar in the debates I prefer Kasich as a leader. I don't think Bernie can be a leader with his current platform and his idea of a political revolution. However, I would be open to Bernie depending on how he campaigned in the general election.

Like I said, you can do whatever you want even if it's just a mere obsession with the idea of getting things done effectively, no matter how illiberal, backwards, homophobic, misogynistic, sexist, religious-centered, non-secular, anti-progressive, pro-creationism and harmful these "things that get done" might be. I can't control your voice and nor should anybody.

I posted a poll earlier (dunno if you guys saw it) but it showed Hillary gaining on Bernie in NH. She's about 15 points behind him currently.
