Aside from the fact that Ace was not talking to you... Literally all you are doing here is calling us petty because you disagree with us or don't like ATRL's rules. Sorry, but the policies aren't changing.
As for Maiko, his ban page lists the exact reason he is banned. There's nothing more or less to it. None of us have a further explanation, and none is needed.
For future reference, relaying banned members' messages is indeed against the rules; I won't warn you because you clearly didn't know, but kindly take the tone down about ten notches before you post anything else in here.
