You don't know how matters are addressed or handled in private. Generally, things that deal with PMs are strongly discouraged from being disclosed out in the open.
I have deleted posts in here that concerned private content and always routed them to HR.
Again. We have no way of being notified of people speaking of other forums unless one party notifies of this, which it would be assumed that they don't want to receive said content.
You could be talking about other forums in your PMs right now for all I know. Not much we can do about it unless the person you're PMing tells us about it.
This rule is not uncommon at all.
I was lucky I submitted my entry for ANTM before that happened.
