I am originally from Thailand. I know what this is.
It is the version that is made for sell only in Thailand at low cost. The imported CDs which should be the same price as the US ($17, I guess) are too expensive for lots of consumers. This version is like $8-9. I still have a copy of Will.i.am's album in this version LOL.
But BTW Thai. Ed. is supposed to be out next week in Thailand. Do they sell these CDs already?
