Really? I've only seen one other 1M prediction, which obviously sold 1M. Do they only stick their necks on the line and say 1M if they's sure of it?
When it's a massive debut like this, they're generally on the conservative side. They underpredicted Em's Recovery and Kanye's Graduation. They definitively declared Taylor's Speak Now and Wayne's Tha Carter III as million sellers, and sure enough, they both sold over a million.
