"Blackout" is great, but overrated and can't come close to the greatness of ITZ, B and OIDIA. PERIOD.
Songs like Get Naked, Toy Soldier, Piece Of Me and the first appearance of RADAR rule the album. Blackout also holds Britney's best single ever so far in her career, Gimme More. It's beyond epic

A song doesn't have to be catchy to be great. "Let Me Be" is great and remains one of her best songs.
