Blackout is BY FAR her best albums, absolutely no filler tracks WHATSOEVER...and I haven't listened entirely to Oops, but I can say that the other albums are most certainly going to rank above it just because they are all great.

And as for the stan dilemma, I don't know if this was aimed at me or not, since I myself am not a stan, but a fan. But I can assure you, I greatly appreciate the epic work from her before Blackout

And "Dear Diary" is too cute, a genuine, sweet ballad and a standout on "Oops!".

Let Me Be lacks the spunk and catchyness that all of the other songs that Britney songs posses.
If you want independence, look at Slave, Lonely or even Not A Girl.
