It could be a render since renders aren't actually made in the game itself. One of the simgurus said that this artwork/render is made for their boss's wife.
But she didn't confirm or neither deny that the toddler is real, or whither toddlers are being developed for a future EP or not.

What do you mean by food & restaurants? Like actually dressing up & going out to eat and not having it be a rabbit hole??

Will there be cinemas too cause I miss having my sims go out and do things like watch a sports game or have a date to the movies. Sims 4 is so boring imo in that regard

The stuff packs are complete garbage for TS4...

The Sims 2 had the best stuff packs, hands down: Teen Style Stuff, H&M Fashion Stuff, Ikea Home Stuff, & Happy Holiday Stuff are all excellent. Now we have crap like "Cool Kitchen" ddddd

EA should give us what we actually want. They're giving us useless stuff nobody asked for and it shows in the sales.

There's a reason why TS4 hasn't even sold 5M yet.

You can already build a working Cinema with Movie Hangout Stuff, and it works exactly like the Non-Rabbit Hole Cinema in The Sims 3 on the Sims 3 store, except better because Sims watch an actual movie and react to it, rather than just watch TV

Dude, Sims 4 had Late Night venue's in the base game

Minus the useless Rabbit Holes, that's more than what Sims 3 had.

The Sims 4 stuff packs are half the price, and feature new gameplay items that have been amazing (minus the boring buffet table).

Romantic Garden stuff is way better than any stuff pack ever. The wishing well is an incredible gameplay object

54 different outcomes when you make a wish.

Cool Kitchen and Luxury Party were crap, but the rest have been really good (compared to Sims 3 and Sims 2 (maybe minus H&M).

The Boho objects are life, and you can build Cinema's with all the new objects (that are pretty much the real deal minus a bar instead of a Candy Bar) but there's Vending Machine's and Popcorn so it's all good.
You just need Get Together to organize a Movie Gathering to make it work the best.

Spooky Stuff was good, but not worth it unless it's on sale.
Perfect Patio had beautiful objects and CAS. Same with Romantic Garden.

Luxury Party looked cheap and the only good thing is the make up, hairs and like 2 of the dresses.
Cool Kitchen had good stuff, but it was just thrown together.

Tbh i may only buy sims 4 if they release a Create a World tool (which they wont) How will i make my own town? Or edit previous towns to suit my liking?

There was a Survey mentioning that you could build and edit Neighborhoods in a EP Concept called 'Town Life'.

Hopefully people voted for that, but most players on the forums are begging for the "Find Love" concept which sounds so cheesy

Some of the ideas have already been used (Business Owner, Active Careers, Health and Wellness) and they just seem to be picking from those, based on what was popular.
They were sent out in early and late 2015.

There's already been a rumor that Restaurants are coming, and they are featured in Town Life so there is hope.

These were official surveys by EA sent to the players who have played the most in-game to decide give feedback to what happens next
