I'm wondering. They always talked about releasing it directly to the fans. They couldn't have expected that song to smash. I really love it and I think it's among the best Mariah has delivered this millenium – but I am sure the label, the management, and Mariah herself must have aware that this would not become a fast-selling single without any promotion. I mean, the song hasn't even been added to radio, has it? So maybe the single was really meant to be a treat for the fans and they did those little interviews and Jimmy Fallon to keep a little buzz? Since The Art Of Letting Go is not getting any single treatment I am not expecting a video anytime soon ...
